                                              Tom Lynch, CRL - Founder & Consulting Director of Operations

                                              Founder of the Society of Professional Locksmiths, a peer driven social network organization developed for security professionals to provide alternative opportunities for educational advancement, certification and industry representation.  Tom is the driving force behind the Security Technical Institute (STI), which is the first complete online training and online proficiency certification testing program for the professional locksmith industry. As creator of the locksmith industry's first Internet radio program, known as Lock Radio - The Security Industry Global Broadcast Network, Tom delivered industry interviews, news, entertainment and provided a voice for the locksmiths who were not being represented ethically by their national association.
                                              Tom had achieved ACE Certified Registered Locksmith (CRL) rating as well as ACE Certified Instructor in addition to serving as the North East Director of the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA)He is a contributing technical writer for - the National Locksmith Magazine and has provided articles for the Locksmith Ledger and Keynotes Magazine.
                                              He actively participated in the Senate Sub-Committee Hearings for the Automotive Right to Repair Act held in Washington and was the longest standing locksmith member of the Vehicle Security Committee participating with the National Automotive Security Task Force.As Past President and member of the North Jersey Master Locksmiths Association (NJMLA) he assisted in association business and continued education.  In addition he was also employed or provided expert instruction for  - Lockmaster PUREAuto, Mark Bates Assoc., HPC Auto Entry, Mul-T-Lock -USA High Security, Sharpe Communications Shark Marketing, Associate Locksmiths of America (ALOA), American Auto Lock, New York City Police Academy Crime Prevention Unit,numerous local and state associations.He currently acts as a Consulting Director of Operations for the SOPL & STI state approved locksmith training programs.Tom is credited with United States Patent #6824335 for the Lynch-IT Variable Drill JigU.S. Navy Submarine Service VeteranMember of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers IBEW Local #363


                                              Harvey Arkawy - Administrative Director

                                              About: Harvey Arkawy has been a Locksmith for more than 35 years. He owned his own successful Locksmith business in the San Fernando Valley, CA for 9 years, and had been a member of ALOA in the late 70's as well as The California Locksmiths Association and San Fernando Valley Chapter. While a member, he served as a State Executive Council member. He served as Chapter Vice-President for a year and then was elected President for one term.He has been writing and selling Locksmith software since 1980 and has been teaching Master Keying since 1994. The organizations that he has taught for are: Progressive Trade Show Management Services of Corona, Calif., The California Locksmith’s Association, American Security Distribution of Southern California as well as Clark Security Products,  San Diego. After selling his business in 1985, he went to work as an Industrial Locksmith for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Harvey specialized in Master Keying as well as Electronic Access. He received his Federal GSA Inspector's Certificate in 2003 from Mark Bates & Associates.He retired from Lockheed in January 2006. Harvey continues to teach Master Keying, currently via the Security Technical Institute (STI) where he participates as the Administrative Director and Membership Support.


                                              Barry Campbell - Managing Director

                                              Barry Campbell is the owner of Altic Lock Service, providing security and locksmithing services to residential and commercial customers in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Barry's first job was with Cole-National Corporation in the late 70's, before working for the Security Department at Valparaiso University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice in 1984. He has worked in the security field as a security officer, patrol officer, supervisor, a private investigator and in retail management loss prevention.  Barry operated as a federally-licensed firearms dealer and gunsmith while assisting others in establishing locksmith businesses.

                                              In 2005, Barry established his own locksmithing business.  Barry continued his professional development with two locksmith schools as well as additional manufacturer training. He is also a former Professional member of the International Conference of Building Official, and has run for partisan political office as the Libertarian candidate for City-County Council, Sheriff, U.S. Representative, and State Senate. He served as a Delegate to the National Libertarian Convention in 2002 and Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Marion County from 2007 to 2009. He is a recipient of the "Lights of Liberty" award in 2002.

                                              Since 2010, Altic Lock Service has been a sponsor of Burglary Prevention Forums presented by the Marion County Prosecutor's Office Burglary Enforcement Strategy Team. He is a advocate against domestic violence and educates support groups and crime victims.  Barry has also made presentations on "Getting the Most Out of Your Locks" at the Angie's List Resource Center at the Indiana State Fair and in 2011; he published "A Homeowner's Guide to Residential Door Security."

                                              Tom Gorham - Safe & Vault Technology Director

                                              Tom Gorham has been a Locksmith since 1982 owning his own successful Locksmith business in the California Foothills of Los Angeles, for 15 years.  After selling his business in 2006, He opened another business in beautiful downtown Longview Washington where he specializes in safe openings.  He has been writing Locksmith software since 1984 and is an early member of the National Safeman Organization (NSO). He enjoys photography and provides technical pictorials for the industry.
